How to Succeed in the Multi-faceted Diamond Business: The Gospel According to De Beers During a recent Wharton Leadership Lecture, De Beers managing director Gareth Penny presented the history, strategy and mystique of the international diamond company, and offered his views on what it takes to be a leader in today's global society.
